Hy i have one question. My GF is using Prolog birth control pills for 2 months now, but now she was on trip and she was taking that pills 3hours latter. Instead at 22(10pm), she was taking them round 01(1am) for 8 days. Now she is taking them at 22(10pm) again. In instructions it says that she can be late for 12hours...but i dont belive that.

There are actually two questions here.
First, why do you not believe the instructions when they say she can be up to 12 hours late when she takes a pill? It's in the instruction, man... who would know better than the manufacturer?
Second, you ask if it is safe to have intercourse without a condom. Why? Safe from what...pregnancy? I don't know...do you trust your girlfriend or not?
I would think if she's been on bc pills all this time, and she's taking them regularly, the chances would be pretty good that she's still protected...
but I don't know your gf.
Is it safe from STDs? STIs? Heck no! I don't know what your gf was doing while away... I don't know how faithful either of you have been.
I would think that you ALWAYS want to be safe, and so a condom would always make sense.
But what is it that you really want to know? If you can trust your girlfriend or trust the manufacturer?

I suspect that if the instructions say take this pill once a day, and she takes it at 10 pm for lots of days, then shifts to 1 a.m. for 8 days,.... it still is spaced every 24 hours apart.
I think the idea is to maintain the same level of hormone... OR to apply the fluctuation of the hormone content in regular dozes.
So, *although I am no doctor nor pharmacist, I would think that she's OK and safe.
The only small period that I would be concerned about is that initial 3 hour delay where the pill was spaced 27 hours apart. As long as she's been regular each day, I wouldn't worry.*
Now, as to your question about whether it's safe to have sex without a condom... it depend on why. For birth control, I suspect so. If you have any doubt, use it for a month or so until you're sure.
However, if you fear an STI or STD, keep using them.
