Hi I been having a problem with my penis as there is a hard purple lump on the shaft of my penis leading off a large vein it's been there a long time and not went away I've tried not masturbating it went down for awhile but not away I masturbated the other day and it has got to its worst it's been I'm 14 years old please help

It may be related to the vein you see or it could be a sebaceous cyst, basically a clogged oil gland, like a pimple/zit.
Warm compresses may help reduce it if it is a cyst.
It is most likely not dangerous.
