I'm 15 and I have a lot of hair around my penis and just starting to get hair reaching my thighs. I have arm pit hair. Around 5'6". Now I'm wondering if I've fully reached puberty. My voice hasn't fully deepen but a lot deeper than it was a year ago. At least I don't think my balls has dropped but the main part is when will my penis stop growing right now it's about slightly more than half way up my iPhone 5s screen with my case around it. It's skinny not that thick is it still growing or have I reached my max length?

the male body stops growing when you are 18 or 20. be patient with your body you are only 15. you shouldn't be worrying about that, high school so be the number one thing :)

Your penis can grow into your early 20's. Your balls HAVE dropped, they do that at/shortly before birth. You can feel them both - right?
You are in definitely in puberty.
Things don't all happen at once, give them time. Your voice will likely continue to deepen and you will continue to grow in height. Your penis will likely get longer and thicker. I expect you will see a growth spurt soon from your description.
