You seem pretty well developed for your age. I suppose your colleagues still look like kids, while you look more like adults. Your penis size is in your genes. It can be small because you might have inherited genes for a small one. I think you should no longer dream to be 7,8 or 9 inches, since you have pretty much sexual hair and a deep voice.
