. i am writing u about the pain i have in my left testis , i have had
this pain for about 3months now and don't know what to do, at first i
was afraid to tell my mum but i finally told her ,so she said lets do
some research online about it . i am 18yrs old going to 19 soon i live
in chandler -Arizona , what u said about the way u seat down and the
kind of underwear's i wear affects it all those factors also affect me .
when i put on tight underwear i feel as it starts heating and i feel
the sharp pain too please help me out, can this make me infertile in
future /?
is it like threatening ? what can i do to reduce the pain or is they any drug i can take to ease the pain ?

Does this pain last all the time or does it only happen when you touch them? is your left testicle a lot bigger than your right? does it gett better or worse when you stand, sit, lay down? have you injured your testicle in any way? are you sexuallyactive at all?
Have you been to a doctor for this yet?
Sorry for allthe questions but more info is needed to help narrow down what may be causing this.

thanks sir/ madam for ur concern , when i am active like when in the gym , playing basketball , or doing some running the pain goes away , but when i sit down it just starts heating up and starts paining again,when i stand it goes away or reduces when i lay down it starts again , when i put on tight underwear's the pains continues even when i am playing basketball or doing some running when i put on tight underwear . it does not hurt when i touch them and my left testicle is smaller and my right testicle is bigger , and i have never injured any of my testis , and i am sexually active , also when i have an erection it starts heating up at once. they skin(scrotum) is loose and my right testicle is hanging downward than my left testicle.i also got some back pain lately directly above my left hip , once more thanks again for ur interest in my health problem and anxiously waiting to read from you again
