Oftenly (thrice in a month or if i touch my testis in round) iam getting little bit pain in my right testis and my left testis is litlle down than right one (around 2 to 3 cms) when the skin is loose.when the skin is tight there is no pain and there is no difference in hieht of hanging of two testis.I am not getting any fever or abdomin pain like that.but have pain back lower seat of my body that to very little bit.
I went to urology specialist and he said there is no problem and he suggested some tablets to use whenever painis more.But never pain is more but stil little bit exist. i went to the doctor almost 4-6 months back.Please suggest what needs to be done for this.

Hi there, the issue that you are describing does not sound very grave. As far as I can tell, it sounds like it is normal testicular aching. If I can ask an indelicate question, do you masturbate often? Sometimes you can experience testicular pain because your testicles have not gotten any use. Does that make sense?
