My husband and I made love on our ovulation day, about 6~8 hours after I began to get ovulation discharge. The ovulation discharge changed to become more "brittle" after about 24 hours (from the time it began), so I know the chances of us fertilising an egg are pretty high, especially as we've both been tested and his sperm have high mobility and my eggs are healthy, despite me having mild PCOS.
My question is this ~ today will be my fifth day after possible conception and last night my husband commented that my breasts look very swollen and they are indeed swollen and a bit tingly. Is it too soon for implantation to have occured?
I ovulated on day 19 of my cycle and my period is due on Thursday. I've had the very occasional, small twinge in my uterus and although I normally always get a dull tummyache in the week before my period, I've had no tummyaches, apart from the one strong cramp that occured just as my ovulation discharge began and I never normally feel any breast changes before my period, although I have once or twice.
I just want to know if my breasts could be a first pregnancy symptom or if it's more likely to be due to an impending period, thankyou.
