kadian, vicoden, klonopin. im sick of these pills

I have been on more psych drugs and more pain meds in my life then anyone person should have to go through my friends and family call me a personal pharmacist they call and ask about a pill they found or med they were put on and I will give them the rundown on the drug. I suffered from ptsd, have bi-polar,add,insomnia, anxiety, however I'm not really depressed maybe I should be because doctors always want me on something for depression, rage though that is something I truly suffer from constantly on edge I can't stand it. Klonopin does nothing for this nor did the million other drugs. Anyway for over 5 years I have been on vicoden and for 2 years kadian vicoden combo. These meds do not truly help my pain enough I don't want anything stronger. What I want is off of them all kadian vicoden klonopin. I will be in severe pain after I come off these meds however I would rather the pain then cont to have such faded memories of my child's life. Before she was born I never realized how cloudy yesterday would be because today seemed fine if that makes sense. Anyway I'm almost out of all meds and my doctor most likely won't prescribe more until I see him which is a problem due to being out of state so how do I get myself off these drugs safely with what little I have left. Keep in mind I'm a single mom of 2 year old can't really go off and withdrawl for 4-? Days. I have to take care of her while I do this. I have about 15 ,7.5 vic normally taken up to 3x daily and aprox 10kadian 30mg taken 2xdaily and 15 klonopin only .5mg however I rarely take them sometimes forget to for a few days when I realize a slight benzo withdrawl which I understand to be the worst meds to try to come off. Idk any advice or help would be welcomed. I'm doing this mainly for my baby girl without her the list of meds would be longer and I'd still be drinking or who knows maybe even dead.
