I use Man1 Man Oil every day, and it has been a huge help in restoring sensitivity to my own tool, which was "deadened" from too much (and too aggressive) whacking away. I'ms cut, too, so I think maybe we cut guys are a little more prone to getting the head de-sensitized.

That IS one of the drawbacks of circumcision. That's the exact reason that Mr. Kellogg of Corn Flakes fame wanted all boys to be circumcised. He felt they should not masturbate and denuding the glans desensitizes it so they would not get any pleasure from it. He also promoted the same thing for little girls. Remove the clitoral hood so the clitoris would become desensitized in the same manner.
