I am currently on my period. I have had not had sex and there is a hard, painful lump under neath the skin of the lip of my vagina on the left side. My mother and my aunt had vaginal cancer and I don't know what to do. I don't feel comfortable with telling anyone yet. On a scale from 1 to 10 it is a 4 on the sale for pain. Please help.
