I am wondering about masterbating with someone else, not a gf, but a friend of 10+ yrs. I am 15, she is 13.

If I was you I would not ask her for 2 reasons,
1 she is a bit young for u
&
2 if she is a friend of 10 years she may see you more as a brother so the idea of masturbating with you may freak her out, & screw up your friendship,
