I had 2 Epidural steroid injections yesterdy basically cortisone shots to help I bulging disc pushing on a nerve and causing sciatica. The shots were on two different levels. They told me for the first 72 hours I would be experiencing more pain. However the pain it incredibly intense. I have been taking 800mg Motrin and Percocet as directed but I still can't get comfortable. The procedure itself was painless but since the lidocaine wore off it has been constant. Has this happened to anyone else?
