PROCEDURE: XR CHEST 2 VIEWS PA LATERAL, 12/14/2016 11:38 AM ACCESSION NUMBER(S): CCD16003256995 LOCATION: SSSADIDE CLINICAL INDICATION: Shortness of breath. History of right lower lobe pleurodesis. COMPARISON: July 2015 TECHNIQUE: Frontal and lateral views of the chest. FINDINGS: Mediastinum and hila: No cardiomegaly. Ectatic aorta is again visualized. Stable hilar contours. The rightward shift of the trachea is stable. Lungs and pleura: Mild increase in right basal opacity. Left lung is stable. No pneumothorax. Bones and soft tissues: Small plate and 3 small screws for fixation of right posterior seventh rib fracture stable. A tiny screw is again seen in the soft tissue more laterally and inferiorly. Impression: IMPRESSION: Since July 2015 exam, mild increase in right basal density. Overlying pneumonia or small pleural effusion or developing lesion not excluded. Please clinically correlate. Chest CT can be helpful.
