There is nothing to worry about. No form of masturbation can do such a thing as you have explained. I suggest you to wait and watch, that if your next period again starts in an irregular manner, then you should simply go and consult a Gynaecologist. Anyway, you have told that you started masturbating three months ago and this thing has come up now. Threre may be a chance of messing up with the hygiene of your external genital organs in the process. If you explain what exactly you do (which you call masturbating) then I may suggest you more specifically.
