GEORGE AGED 74

i had my op a week ago. the surgeon did not give me pain killers, but advised that I take paracetamol and ibuprofen ! During my pre op it was found that I had a heart  problem( the op was canceled twice).

Ibuprofen leaflet states not to be taken with anti-coagulant - I am now on one

paracetamol leaflet states not to be taken if one has an irregular heartbeat - i have.

I have been taking both for a week. I do not know what to take now. I definitely need a pain killer of some sort .
