Prediaone (leg pain is it normal)

I have had the same reaction twice now to prenisone and methylprednisone. Extreme pain in my thighs. The fist time I called my doctor and she said it was probably due to the gym, but the second time I took prednisone (just the first two tablets on the 7 day course) my legs hurt so bad I had to lay under a heating blanket for some relief. That time I called a different doctor and he said that he also had never heard of this reaction but to stop taking the prednisone right away. By the next morning I was almost completly better. I was glad to read your post because it seems that nobody around here knows anything about this side effect.
