Pregnant? or is it something else?

Im 18. My boyfriend and i are sexually active. I have not got my period in 3 months and i have taken 4 home test that all came back negative. We have not had sex in a little over a week and the past two days i have been experiencing itchy-ness down yonder (if you know what i mean). When i itch it it burns and my vag lips are a little swollen. I have looked and felt, there are no bumps, no open wounds nothing like that. There is no odor, Little white cloudy discharge. My pee is more of like a neon yellow color. My vag is not red or any different color. looks completely normal. It does not hurt when i pee. I have told my boyfriend about the problem, We cant go to a doctor right now as we just moved to a new state and money is tight and no health insurance. Could i be pregnant? Or is it something else? Please if anyone knows what it is and how it can be fixed it would be greatly appreciated!!
