I think that it is very unlikely that you are pregnant and at that age remember your period wont be an exact cycle everytime becase your body is constantly changing.
Also, stress and paranoia can cause a late/early period. So if you are paranoid about being pregnant and stressing about it, your period might be late because you are acting abnormal.

At your age your period will be all over the place if you do anything like let your guy masturbate you, squeeze your boobs, lick you or just think about it. I wouldn't worry about it unless you know you did something risky. That would be allowing him to make a deposit inside your sperm collector. Smearing it on you does not count.
