question about circumcised penis

I've just turned 16 years old and im wondering about my penis

it seems to be that just under my nob there is a area of pink/red skin and i don't know if its normal, it seems unnaturally big and is only there when my penis is erect.

And also another question, its like my penis is twisted or bent to the left, and it doesent line up with my scrotum, i don't know if this is normal
