I am using monistat (store brand) 7 day for what I believe is a yeast infection. I use it at night, lay down as soon as possible (per the instructions) and go to sleep. When I wake up in the morning, my first urination is always really foamy/sudsy and has tiny white clumps in it. It is only that first morning one that looks like this and it has only been happening for the last 3 days (since starting monistat treatment)

what the heck is this? I have used monistat before and never remembered this happening. Am I just not putting it up far enough, so I just pee it all out the the morning? (but then again if you know basic anatomy you know urine does not come out of the vagina) or is it the yeast coming out, or is it some allergic reaction to the monistat?

If I was a chemist I might be able look at the ingredients and the situation and answer this question myself, but no such luck there. Can anyone answer my question? I don't want to keep using it if something negative is happening to my body because of it. Plz help.
