NCLEX RN Mastery is another app that prepares you for the NCLEX exam, providing over 1,800 practice questions, quizzes, mnemonics, and strategies.
However, this number of questions isn't available after you download NCLEX RN Mastery app on your Android or iPhone for free.
You would be able to use a limited free version of the app that includes a limited amount of practice questions and basic progress metrics.
Users can choose to upgrade to Standard Version with a one time, in-app purchase for $19.99 that includes access to additional practice questions, must-know terminology, and detailed progress metrics.
The Premium Version with an in-app purchase for $39.99 includes lifetime access to all practice questions and full content.

Lippincott Nursing Advisor app is a comprehensive resource, containing expanding collection of thousands of evidence-based, clinical entries that are updated quarterly. 
Nurses can download the app through their facility, using their own credentials. Nurses who do not have access through their employer are able to download the free version of the app that contains the sample entries and upgrade it later via in-app purchase for $29.99/year.
The clinical content in the app covers diseases and conditions, diagnostic tests,  treatments, and signs and symptoms. Users also have the ability to add their own protocols or notes to existing entries.

NurseGrid app is the calendar built for nurses, they can use to manage their personal work schedule. The app allows them to add shifts, sync with 3rd party calendar apps, see who they work with during every shift,  find colleagues to swap shifts with, and message their colleagues in group or individual chat.
The app also includes a new feature that allows nurses to search and apply for nursing jobs right in the app.
