Hi, yes you should be able to drive after the cortisone injection. Side effects tend to be minor and rare so i would not worry much if i was you. You might feel some discomfort, i depends from person to person but generally speaking it should not cause any major problems that would impair your driving skills. So go ahead, drive your self to the shot and drive your self back home.
