Well, If you have been lucky enough to find them, I have posted a daily log of how I feel coming off Effexor XR for others to read. I am hpoing this will help someone out there feel better about the nasty side effects they are going through.
Today i am sleepy... still feeling much more upbeat, but god I can't keep my eyes open! Yesterday I took the dog for a mile and a half walk, today I think I will make it snuggle day... I can't even get through the day at work! *yawn* still no crying though!! Things should get interesting next month though... they are switching my birth control- gotta love the recent rate hikes in insurance!
