Hi sorry long story!
Just over a week ago, I had really bad heartburn slightly raised blood pressure. Dr thought it may be my contraceptive pill (mercillon) and told me to stop taking it and have my period, so I did.
Now here's the confusing bit! I was told about 10 months ago by a different Dr to take my pill for 3 months at a time, then have a bleed due to really bad periods and severe pain during intercourse. I was doing that until last week, when my GP said to stop for a week then go back to taking them as normal.
I stopped taking them to have my period, last 1 was about 2 weeks before so didn't bleed at all this time, just had pinky coloured discharge for 2 days. Now I seem to have quite heavy, odourless discharge, and every so often, I get lumps, almost like jelly, and very slightly pinky coloured. What is this???
I haven't bled properly for at least 9 months (bear in mind that's only 3 periods, cos of Dr changing the way I took the pill), but everytime I stop taking the pill for my break, I seem to get thrush.
Any ideas what might be going on???
I'm 24 and been with my husband for 5 years. Both checked for STI's etc before sleeping together, so I know it's not that.
Thanks.
