yesterday i was warming up to play a flag football game and the right side of my vigina started to hurt. it hurt even more as i was running. it was like shooting pains. when i got home i felt for lumps i dont think i felt any but i saw a red pimple looking thing but it wasnt on my vigina it was more on my leg then my vigina but it was still very close to my vigina. i dont know what to do or what it is. please help
