We rubbed our genitals, his tip may have got in contact with my vulva

right basically me and my boyfriend last done something sexual at the start of feburary, we rubbed genitals. His tip may have got in contact with my vagainal opening I'm not sure but since then everything's been normal and I've had two periods. But then in March my period was late and I was so scared I was pregnant, two days later it came and was heavy and my next period after was heavy (normal for me) but recently I've been constipated and now that's gone my stomach is swollen and I think I have ibs. But I thought it was a bump so I googled it and it said you can't suck it in but I can with all my belly apart from where my pubes start to grow? Am I pregnant? PLEASE HELP
