Please don't judge me, I've received sexual education but I am extremely anxious. I am a teenager, and me and my boyfriend want to stay virgins but we mess around a little bit manually to suppress urges to have sex. We don't want pregnancy or STDs, and we want to save sex for when we're older. We wash our hands before we touch each other and we never touch our genitals together. However, I'm experiencing symptoms I never have before and I'm scared because I'm a worse case scenario person. My period is now about 9 days late, and my breasts are sore. About 4 days ago I thought I felt period cramps but the period never came. Near what was supposed to be my ovulation time I had brown discharge for about 5 days. He has never ejaculated when we're together, he has never touched his penis to my vaginal area, but I got a little fluid on my hand from the inside of his penis when I touched it and then dried it off, but about 5 minutes later I touched my vaginal area. Not the hole, but the lips. Also, I did grind my butt on him in underwear but only for about a minute because we did not want to continue. He didn't come close to ejaculation at all. I was also on my period at the time. The thing is I've had my period for over 3 years and I've never missed one or had one this late, nor have I had that brown discharge before. I have been very stressed out with my home life and schoolwork lately, and I've heard it can delay or stop ovulation causing late or no periods but once again it's never happened to me so I'm unsure. I know I sound stupid but I'm just really scared somehow I got sperm in me because I've never had these things happen in my cycle before. Help? Thank you.

Okay, you may be just a tad paranoid. For you to get pregnant you have to get sperm inside of your vagina. The fluid that you got from his penis could have just been pre-cum,which, can be enough to get you pregnant. However, from what you've indicated, I don't think you are pregnant. Always wash your hands after you get any fluid from his penis before you touch yourself and have him do the same. If you want to be even more safe, use a condom to play with his penis. You should get a pregnancy test to make sure. Be safe and wish you luck!
