So I had sex in February no protection and we're not sure if he cummed or not the next day I took the plan b pill to be save . I got my period towards the end of February and begging of March but I haven't got it for this month , could I be pregnat ?

Plan B can make your next SEVERAL periods irregular.
You can take a home test if you'd like. Just be sure to use your first morning urine for the best accuracy.
It's unlikely you are pregnant.
