Im 17 and a week ago i noticed that when erect my penis has a noticable curve to the left, almost like the penis has rotated anticlockwise slightly. This is completely new and i am extremely worried. Some advice would be much appreciated.

It's normal for your penis to not be straight. The concern is the sudden change. Did you "damage" it in any way?
There are chambers in the penis that fill with blood to cause an erection. You can "break" your penis and damage these but normally you'd have swelling or bruising visible.
See a urologist for an examination. They are your best resource in this case.
