I've recently been diagnosed with a left sided varicocele. I had an accident last week where the blood in my penis was forced backwards pretty hard while fully erect and I felt a sharp pain. I now notice that the bottom of my shaft when erect is swollen on the right side and that my dorsal vein that runs along the top of my penis does not fill like it used to. It seems to be almost deflated. My urethra too seems a little deflated during erections.
I was doing reverse jelqs (left hand clamping the base of the penis while the right hand forces blood downwards) while i was erect and I believe I forced too much blood towards my body with too full an erection. When it happened I don't remember feeling any pain but it did feel like an ejaculation with no semen.
Also, I'd like to add I am in absolutely no pain whatsoever even when putting pressure on any area of my penis.
I've noticed now that I'm having troubles getting/keeping erections altogether now.

It sounds like a penile fracture. You've injured the outer layer of the corpus cavernosum, the area that fills with blood to produce your erection. The swelling that you notice on the right side is likely a result of this.
The urethra can be involved.
This can be considered a medical emergency. It can lead to long term erectile difficulties. I'd recommend a visit to a urologist as this is their area of expertise.
Hope it helps.
