I am not sure that you can hurt your penis while masturbating unless you have done something extremely wrong.
Did you use some toys which could affect the shape of your penis and cause loss of erection?
Also some medications can cause erectile dysfunction so if you are taking anything read the label carefully.
If you are sure that the masturbation has caused your problem than it would be wise to consult your doctor. He will probably send you to the urologist and although this isn’t pleasant examination at least you will have right diagnosis. Afterwards you can talk with him about treatment options. I hope that everything will turn out just fine and keep us posted about solution.
