for all of you who are worried don't be, it is leftover semen. reason why it comes out when you pee is your bodies way of removing it from your tube within your penis (i am not a doctor or have a phd i am just someone who went thru the same thing)

I have the same thing happening but It is comimg out throughout the day! and its kind of irritating inside of my penis. Ive gotten tested and it all came back negative I'm so confused.

Hey guys, I read through this and most of you seem to think this is left over semen, which in some cases it very well might be, but if it's burning then it probably isn't. I'm 22 and I've had this problem since I was about 11, it wasn't bad at first but now when it happens I usually have to miss work and/or take a narcotic to deal with the pain (my pain is extreme burning and it resides for as long as 3 hours after). There also is a drug made to reduce urinary tract pain called Phenazopyridine but you would need for it to be prescribed. I've seen the lead urologist at Boston's children's hospital for a few years and he finally seemed to figure out what it was, I don't remember the name but basically what it is is when you don't drink enough liquids (any liquids work, you don't have to just drink water) then your urethra starts to dry and crank, the white stuff is the broken down urethra lining coming out with your pee. The best way to combat this is to drink a gallon or more of liquids per day and pee more than 4 times a day. Also as a side note, be careful if you have this burning problem, if you ever have to get surgery and your case is the same as mine your catheter will make you want to rip your pens off...

This could be a sign of a UTI (Urinary Tract Infection) in which you will need antibiotics to get rid of if your body does not do it naturally. You might try eating yogurt for about a week and see if that helps as yogurt has bacteria in it that are good for your body.

Generally I'd say it was an STI. Even if you've been tested in the past the infection can still exist and be dormant depending on the duration of the test. I have had rare occurances where left over semen would discharge after my morning pee. This was very rare but was always after ejaculation the night before, and I was clear of any STIs at the time so it could just be sperm.. depending on the frequency of the occurances.
