Sure that this is irritating. That is not normal penile discharge and you need to heal it. You should not have sex while you are going through this, it is dangerous. All of those symptoms that you have described up there are the symptoms of STD. You should visit the nearest clinic and seek the proper treatment. You can be healed. Also, if you have had sex with your partner, you should tell her about this because she needs to be tested as well. Remember that penile discharge can be a very worrying problem for a man and that is why it needs to be treated.

Also, sounds like you are trying to bulk up for the description above. If you lift weights, sometimes this can put pressure on your genitals and cause some swelling or cause you to urinate a little from all the straining and that causes irritation.

One other thing to mention is I have felt like I have had the flu for the last 6-8 weeks.....I did get antibiotics from my doc and am on the 5th day (amoxicillin it does not seem to be working. He said if I had a STI it should not cause flu like symptoms.
Could the Propecia cause these issues?

The doc told me the only thing he can do is send me to a Urologist.
Anyone have any other idea's what this could be, I really do not want to be poked anymore.

The interesting thing is, I have not had sex!! So based on the symptoms, is this nevertheless considered as a 'Sexually' Transmitted Disease? Of course, having no sex includes having no safe and non-safe sex, or any other form of 'sex'.
So what exactly is causing this?

There are enough of the symptoms that fit....
Unprotected sex.... yellow puss or discharge... pain upon urination... red irritation of the glans... feeling run down...
What I don't understand is the doctor NOT finding confirmation of the infection either in the urine OR in the Swab from the urethra or opening of the penis. But if he's a competent doctor and lab, we've got to accept his findings.
I'm stumped. I'd consider going to a different clinic or doctor, as everything points to something that he can't confirm for some reason... I WOULDN'T LET IT GO...
Also, the thought that maybe is rubbing wrong on the underwear isn't enough for this. It may irritate the sensitivity, but it won't CAUSE the problem.
(You might also look into what detergent is being used in the laundry...and also what supplements you are taking. So much of what we are taking now as vitamin supplements are unknown in their effects...it's sort of like gambling, in my book. )

I'm going back to the doc tomorrow, what might be something I should ask them about? I find it kind of strange all these guys are having the same problem and none of them can positively link it to an STI. Does herpes have some kind of discharge during incubation or something, or god forbid HIV?

In the morning I have been waking up to a tiny little bit of white/orange puss (I gather) coming out, but I feel no pain and the itch is gone now. I have no other problems really - masturbate regularly and my ejaculations have never been stronger. I haven't been to a doctor because I think I just irritated my urethra. I'll see how it goes.
