This exercise is great for developing stronger triceps.

To perform it you will need a flat bench and a barbell. Be careful not to drop a barbell.

Lie on your back on a flat bench.

Head is off the bench end. Hold a barbell with both hands, approximately 6 inches apart.

Arms are outstretched above shoulders.

Slowly lower barbell in a semicircular motion to chin.

Bend arms in elbows, keeping upper arms vertical.
