This exercise is great for your biceps. To perform this exercise you will only need a curved barbell and a bench or a chair.

Sit at the end of a bench or a chair. Your feet are 24 inches apart. Bend slightly forward at your waist and hold a bar with both hands and palms up about 6 inches apart. Rest your elbows on your inner thighs about 4 inches up from your knees.
