This exercise is great for developing stronger triceps. To perform it you will need a barbell and a flat bench. Be careful not to drop a barbell.

Lie on back so that the top of head is even with the end of the bench. Put feet on the floor. Grab barbell with an underhand grip. Keep upper arms in a straight line with body.
