This exercise is great for your forearms and especially your biceps. To perform this exercise you will only need a barbell.

Stand with your feet shoulder width apart. Hold barbell with an overhand grip. Keep your elbows in back of you rather than pinned at your side.

Drag the barbell up and do not move your elbows or upper arms. As you drag the barbell up, bring it to your torso. You won't need much weight to perform this exercise.

Exhale as you bring the barbell
