This is an advanced stretch that will help you open up the carpal tunnel and relieve pressure on the medium nerve and flexor tendons.
Sit or stand in relaxed position. Extend your arm with palm up. Grab the thumb with the opposite hand, pull it back and stay in this position for at least 10 seconds. Release the grip and repeat at least 2 or 3 times.
This stretch is recommendable for people that have a job in connection with writing or typing.
