This exercise is great for your chest, biceps and shoulders. To perform it you will need an elastic band and a flat bench.

Place and secure the band under the bench leg under your head. Lie down on the bench with your back straight and your feet flat on the floor. Place handles in your hands.

Press up and stretch elastic band like you would press a barbell bench press.

Exhale as you press up and inhale as you return in starting position.
