Dumbbell shoulder press is a great exercise for your shoulders and your triceps. To perform this exercise you will need two dumbbells.

Sit on the end on the bench or a chair. Feet are flat on the floor, shoulder width apart and forming 90 degree angle in your knees. Keep your back straight.

Place dumbbells in your hands, positioned near your shoulders with your elbows below your wrists.

Press dumbbells upwards until your arms are extended overhead. Slowly lower to starting
