This exercise is great for your lower back and spine. To perform it you will only need an exercise ball.
Lie face down on the ball with arms extended in front of you and feet wider than shoulder width apart.
Raise upper body, while maintaining contact with the ball for support. Slowly return to basic position. To make this exercise even more difficult, use dumbbells.
