This lower back workout session is consisted of 5 exercises:
several superman variations,
and 2 yoga poses that will help strengthen your back muscles.

All five exercises are performed without equipment, but ones you get the technique and you are confident in performance and most of all these exercises provoke no challenge, I recommend using light weights (up to 1-3, or max 5 kg).

With last exercises, - perform them slowly and with controlled movement, and focus on breathing (the same goes for superman variations).
