This simple exercise is excellent to relieve tension in your neck and upper body.

Sit comfortably in a chair with your back straight. Bring your arms up so they are straight and leveled with your shoulders.

Turn your head to the right hand and at that time turn your hand up towards the ceiling.

Come back to neutral position and repeat the same motion to the left side.

Repeat at least 5 times. While performing this stretch breathe freely.
