While standing shoulder width apart, hold the bar at arm's length in front of you. Grip is very close, so your two hands together should be in the shape of a big V.
Curl the bar up while keeping your elbows in the same place. Be careful not to swing a barbell! Contract your biceps as far as you can go, and then slowly return to the starting position.&
