This exercise is great for your shoulders. To perform it you will need two dumbbells.
Stand relaxed and upright with your feet shoulder width apart. Place dumbbells in your hands with your palms turned toward your body. Your arms are straight and to your sides.
With your arms straight lift dumbbells out and up to your sides until they are slightly higher than your shoulder level. Hold at that point for a second and then slowly return to your sides. Throughout the exercise
