This exercise is great for your lower back. To perform it you will only need an exercise mat.
Lie face down on the exercise mat. Your arms are stretched out directly overhead.
Raise your arms as high as possible and hold in that position for a second. Return to starting position with your arms on the floor.
Inhale as you raise your body and exhale as you lower the body to the ground.
