This exercise is great for your shoulders, triceps. To perform this exercise you will need a barbell and a bench.  
Sit on the bench or a chair with your feet flat on the floor, shoulder width apart and forming 90 degree angle in your knees. Place barbell in your hands, slightly wider than shoulder width overhand grip. Position the barbell near your upper chest level. 
Slowly press the barbell until your arms are extended overhead. Pause for a second. Slowly return to upper chest and rep
