Chest press technique with close grip is a great exercise for your chest, triceps and shoulders. To perform it you will need barbell and a flat bench.
Lie on a flat bench. Your back is flat on the bench. Your feet are a little more than shoulder width apart and firmly positioned on the floor. Place barbell in your hands with a close grip or your hands only 12 to 14 inches apart. Make sure you keep your thumbs around the bar. Hold the barbell above your body.
