Hot mouth and dry tongue after tooth extraction. For how long it will last?

I had a tooth extracted and now I have issues with my mouth staying hot, dry tongue with a film build up on it whenever i eat which  leads to bad breath and constant teeth brushing.. I also have issues with my lips burning and staying very dry.
