hard lump on upper central abdomen

I`ve noticed a small, (1cm by 1cm) non-painful hard lump above my abdominal muscles on the upper rights side of my stomach. Any ideas what it could be. I looked up liver cancer, but it feels kind of superficial for that...like its coming off the muscle.

After I eat Ive been getting pains that are very inconsistant. They are some times not bad, but they can also be very hard to deal with. When they are bad I just have to sit around and wait for them to go away, I can't concentrate. I eat a lot of meats, dairy products, fruits, and carb foods....
